1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and select nearby areas. National deliveries are fulfilled through our partnered florist network in other Indian cities.

2. Processing Time

  • Same-Day Delivery:
    Orders placed before 4:00 PM (IST) are eligible for same-day delivery within the Tricity area (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula).
  • Next-Day Delivery:
    Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
  • Custom or Bulk Orders:
    Large or event-based floral arrangements may require 24–48 hours for preparation and scheduling.

3. Delivery Time Frame

  • Local Deliveries (Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula):
    • Minimum delivery time: 2 hours
    • Maximum delivery time: 6 hours
  • Other Cities (India):
    • Minimum delivery time: 1–2 business days
    • Maximum delivery time: 5 business days (depending on location and partner availability)

4. Delivery Slots

You can choose preferred delivery slots during checkout:

  • Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Evening: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

We try our best to deliver within the chosen slot. However, in rare cases of high demand or weather conditions, slight delays may occur.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery within city limits for orders above ₹499.
  • A nominal delivery fee may apply for remote locations or special time requests (e.g., midnight or early morning).

6. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email confirmation with delivery details. You can also track your order by contacting our support team.

7. Undelivered Orders

If the recipient is unavailable:

  • Our delivery team will try to contact the customer or leave the order at reception/neighbor (if permitted).
  • Re-delivery attempts may incur an additional charge if the address or contact details provided are incorrect.
